We understand item may not fit. We asked that you return the item ASAP in order to receive your STORE CREDIT. If the item you received has a defect, will replace the item.

All returns and exchanges must be submitted to Customer Service with your order number indicating whether it is a RETURN or EXCHANGE. The item must be received by Ytevia Speaks within 7-10 days for assessment of condition if the item is being returned for defect or returned for store credit.

⦁ If contacting us via email, please indicate EXCHANGE in the subject line with the order number. In the email body, please provide details of the product and the defect.
⦁ If contacting us via our Customer Service Line, please indicate EXCHANGE with the order number and describe the product details and defect.

⦁ Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time (typically 4-7 business days), whether you are entitled to a replacement or store credit.
⦁ If you are entitled to a replacement product, it will be shipped withing 3-5 business days from the receipt of your item return.
⦁ Any merchandise marked as “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged.
⦁ We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, smell or any other outcomes that do not align with the exchange for defect.
⦁ The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the item back to Ytevia Speaks.
⦁ All shipping fees associated with the return are non-refundable.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS
⦁ Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or used without the merchandise tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
⦁ Merchandise must have all tags attached.
⦁ Any merchandise marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

⦁ All shipping fees associated with the return are non-refundable.
⦁ Ytevia Speaks is committed to quality and quality inspection of our merchandise before shipping. All return items are inspected for signs of wear, smell, or comply with our requirements for returns and the ability to be resold, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
⦁ Your return for store credit will be processed within 4-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Please include your ORIGINAL Packing slip so we know who the return is associated to. If you have misplaced your packing slip, you may enclose a copy of the email confirmation of order shipment/delivery. Ensure that this alternate documentation contains your order number and full name and address. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
